‘Tai Chi’ Class starting 5th January 2017
From 5th January, we will be commencing a Tai Chi exercise class. This low impact exercise increases your mobility, improves your lower body and leg strength and works on better balance and more energy. All positive reasons to join us, have fun and make time for you. Tea/coffee and a chat is enjoyed after the class – all very important!!!
Class time is every Thursday from 9am-10.30am. No need to book, just come along. Cost €7 (€5 for members)
